The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the bustling area where you can find various restaurants, including those serving delicious Indonesian cuisine. However, the cleanliness could use some improvement, particularly in the bathrooms, which seemed to lack regular maintenance. While the spacious rooms are a plus, the overall upkeep of the property left something to be desired.

Wifi was completely unreliable, forcing me to rely on mobile data. The lift constantly made loud announcements, echoing through wooden floors, leading to an uncomfortable noise level. The refrigerator location was awkward, requiring you to bend under a table to access it. No hot water was available in the morning without prompting, and some amenities were missing at check-in, which was frustrating.

Had an awesome time with friends! The staff made our stay enjoyable and the location is perfect for hitting shops and restaurants. We visited Durbar Square and the Monkey Temple, both easy to reach. Super spacious room and the food was excellent! I recommend trying the breakfast buffet. Great value for the price. Don't hesitate to book a balcony room!

One thing to be cautious about is that the flooring in the bathroom can get slippery after a shower, so watch your step.

Walked in and felt right at home. The staff was super friendly, and the room was spotless with a nice little balcony where I could sip my morning coffee. The breakfast spread was just delightful, enough to fill ya up good. I gotta say, the peacefulness of this place was a real treat after a long day out. I wish they had a better parking setup though.
